All orders take between 3-4 business day to print / cut before they are shipped out. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 48-hours of the order being placed. Once the order has been shipped, no further modifications can be made.

Shipping usually occurs within 3-4 business days. Please note that major sales (like Black Friday) or holiday periods may cause extended fulfilment delays. Any significant sitewide delays and current shipping estimates will be announced in a banner at the top of the page (updated weekly).

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors in ordering. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting the wrong size or material, typographical errors, or issues outside our control like installation errors or improper use.
